TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Reservation
All Services should be booked through Thar Yar Hlaing
Travels Service Co., Ltd.

2. Tour Prices
All tour prices are quoted net in US$. Tour prices do not
include airport tax, Visa fees, meals not listed in the tour
itinerary, optional tours and personal spending expense.
3. Payment and Procedure
Deposit payment of 25 % of the tour price must be made on
acceptance of the quotation and confirmation. The remaining
payment must be settled 10 days prior to the arrival of the
clients by bank remittance to:

Cash on arrival is acceptable only when payment can not be
made in advance.
A bank copy of transfer order must be sent by fax or email
to our office in Yangon. We do not accept all payments by
credit cards or cheaques.
Service should not be given unless remittance reaches us
prior to the arrival of the client (s).
4. Cancellation
Cancellation charges are calculated on the day written
notification is received. Cancellation fees are as follow:
15 days prior to arrival 10%
14 to 7 days prior to arrival 30%
Less than 7 days prior to arrival 50% minimum
5. Complimentary
Every 16th member of a group will be granted
complimentary on half twin basis.
6. Rate
Rates quoted in US$ are net and non-commissionable.
7. Refund
After commencement of travel, no refund in full or in
part will be given for services included in the tour
programs.
8. Accommodation
Accommodation will be provided at a Superior/ Standard
hotel but in the event that is not possible, every effort
will be made for any alternative hotel of similar standard.
9. Liability
Thar Yar Hlaing Travels will organized the tour of its
best as per agreement in the contract taking all
responsibility for safely and liability. However we can not
take responsibility for lost, personal injury or damage
during the tour. We will take cares of every corner of
assistance as much as we can.
We can not be responsible unforeseen circumstances ( such as
changes in airline schedules, war risk, natural disaster.
etc ).
Addition cost due to these circumstances be borne by the
client (s).
